The Historic Arrow Rock Council was established in 1974
to promote
the
cultural heritage of Arrow Rock, Mo. for the benefit of
local citizens
and visitors. HARC continues to serve that mission by
offering a wide
variety of high-quality, family-friendly events
each year. The organization also owns and manages The Old Schoolhouse, a
charming
multipurpose facility that hosts a variety of village
events and may be
