HARC Welcomes You To Arrow Rock!

The Historic Arrow Rock Council was established in 1974 to promote the cultural heritage of Arrow Rock, Mo. for the benefit of local citizens and visitors. HARC continues to serve that mission by offering a wide variety of high-quality, family-friendly events each year. The organization also owns and manages The Old School House, a charming multipurpose facility that hosts a variety of village events and may be rented for parties, meetings and receptions.

It's our 40th year and this craft festival will be our biggest and best yet! See live demonstrations of the crafts of yesteryear and explore a brand new area showcasing the most exquisite crafts of today.

Spirits, Shadows & Secrets of Arrow Rock
This new event is a Halloween treat unlike anything you've ever experienced. Enjoy candlelight tours, visit with the "spirits" of Arrow Rock's most infamous citizens, go on a graveyard tour or check out the old-fashioned schoolhouse party for kids. There's something for everyone!
